Fee and Space Arrangements

Booth Space will be 8'x8' with connecting Pipe and Drape. The tables will a standard size of 6ft (183 cm) by 2.5 ft (76 cm). The cost is $250 for each Booth Space until December 31, 2007. The rate will increase to $350 starting January 1, 2008 until June 30, 2008. The final rate change is for $450 for the At-The-Door price, pending available space. Please contact the Hilton Anatole for prices for electricity, and telephone or Internet connections. You are welcome to bring your own display stands. Display stands are allowed in the area allocated to your table, and cannot encroach on the space of other dealers in your bay. There are a limited number of booths available.

The Booth Space package includes the following:

  • 1-8'x8' Booth Space
  • 1-8' High Pipe and Drape along the back wall
  • 1-3' High Pipe and Drape along the side walls
  • 1-6'x2.5' Table
  • 1-linen covering for Table
  • 2-Chairs

Please note that bookings are initially limited to a maximum of two tables per applicant.


Reservations and Payments

In order to reserve your space, you must complete the following:

  1. Mail the completed and signed Vendors Contract to Portus Treasurer, PO Box 10154, American Canyon, CA 94503
  2. Complete payment with Visa or Mastercard through our registration system.
